Creative Energy in Full Swing—Holiday Classes at Trinity Studio

As the winter holiday kicked off in Auckland, our studios in Epsom came alive with energy, focus, and creativity. From digital design to traditional sketching, our students wasted no time diving into their holiday programmes—and the results have been nothing short of inspiring.

AutoCAD + Photoshop: Rapid Skill-Building in Just Two Days

Our AutoCAD workshop saw students jumping straight into architectural layout design. By the second day, many had already completed their first full floor plans — a testament to their focus and determination.

Next door, the Photoshop class was buzzing with productivity. Keyboard clicks filled the room as students explored photo manipulation, layout composition, and creative design. What looked like a holiday break turned out to be a hands-on, fully immersed design sprint!

On the Traditional Side: Sketching, Painting & Portfolio Projects

Meanwhile, in our fine art and portfolio classrooms, students worked quietly but intently. Heads down, brushes moving, eyes locked in — everyone was focused on something different:

  • Sketching architectural forms

  • Mixing colors for painting

  • Planning layouts for ongoing portfolio projects

Each corner of the studio told a different story of creation.

The Atmosphere: Calm, Productive, Creative

It’s hard to put into words how rewarding these past few days have been — for both students and teachers alike. The classrooms were filled with purpose and enthusiasm, and the work produced in such a short amount of time speaks volumes.
